At PCA we understand that a successful construction, maintenance or renovation project is the responsibility of everyone involved, including clients. Hence, the first stage of our process here at PCA is to have a productive discussion about what you want to achieve and how our company can help you with our specialized services. We will also answer all your questions and offer direction as to the best next steps based on your needs. Through this first consultation we hope that you can get a better grasp of our services and the fact that we care that your project becomes successful.
This idea and concept stage represents our team’s first response to the initial consultation with our client. During this concept phase, our consultation team of experts will outline the project specifications and a planning strategy. In the case of a new building, this stage may include 3D walk-throughs to help in facilitating client assessments. A report will then be prepared at this state, recording the basic overall design concepts, anticipated costs, procurement options and other important details relevant to the project.
The emphasis here during the initial design stages is the civil, architectural and mechanical design of your project. This includes planning for drainage, structural systems and other mechanical process and the various ways they interrelate. Additionally, the earlier cost estimates will now be revised and made more accurate as the design gets finalized to ensure it still remains economically viable. Finally, our project management team can then implement the construction or renovation project in various phases.
Once the design is finalized and all the necessary permits are acquired for your project, then we can start the final stage of our process, which is building and installing. For new buildings, this will involve everything from preparing the site and laying the foundation to all the necessary interior finishes and exterior work. This stage will require several phases and our team managers will schedule regular meetings to evaluable projects and discuss any changes or concerns.
